Refund Policy

Please note due to the nature of our products, being personalised to your specific requirements ie. names, dates, colours etc, we do not entertain returns.
We do try to accommodate our client's where at all possible, so please get in touch if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

Below are a few important points to remember.:
  • Refunds do not apply if shipping has taken place and delivery has not taken place on time.
  • As stated above, we cannot provide a refund for personalised items. 
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged pieces at our cost.
  • Refunds will not apply for goods lost in the postage system, claims will need to be made with the postal carrier.
